Sessions are 50-minutes in length at $120 per session. I am able to slide my rate depending on your financial needs.

Payment is accepted via all major credit cards, cash or check. 

I do not take insurance, but I can provide a Superbill which you can submit to your insurance for reimbursement.

I offer in-person sessions in Tarzana, California as well as Telehealth (phone and video options) to those residing in the state of California.

I understand starting therapy can be overwhelming and often cause a lot of worry. Rest assured that is very common and normal. To reduce some of your worry and make the process of starting therapy with me easier here is some information of what you can expect:

  • Contact: This may be the hardest step! So, when you're ready reach out to me. From there I will email back to get a phone consultation set-up with you.

  • Phone Consultation: A 15 minute conversation where we get to know each other. This allows me to hear what's bringing you to therapy and answer any questions you may have.

  • Scheduling: Should we mutually decide to work together we can go ahead and schedule your first session. I will provide you with Intake Paperwork  that can virtually be completed and must be submitted to me prior to session.

  • First Session: We will begin our therapeutic relationship. I come from a place of curiosity without judgement to hear what may be impacting you. This will allow me to understand you, so I can best support you throughout the therapeutic journey.

  • Beyond The First Session: Most clients attend sessions once a week to work towards goals that we collaboratively set. This is your time and space.

  • Individual sessions are priced at $200 for 50 minutes.

  • I am in-network with Aetna & Optum. 

  • I currently conduct all sessions online for those residing throughout the state of California.
